one of your staff is very IMPOLITE... especially ang middle-aged staff nga baye nga gwapa tani pay daw ga-menopause sa xray dept... namangkot ko ti intsakto nangakig sya ya yah... amo mn na gn-himo ya sa laki nga tupad ko... amo kmo na mag-approach sang clients nyo??? ka-imbyerna!!!

waay pulos ang philhealth sa iloilo a.pila ka times si nanay nag balik balik para sa claim sng magulang ko nga ofw pero wla may natabo.kulang pa ang claim sa pblik balik nya sa city.

to ilo ilo doctors hospital.your one of a staff assigned to philhealth who is in charge for the exclusion of supplies ,medicines,covered or not covered by philhealth she must familiarized her responsibility,imagine i have a patient there right now she did not approved the antibiotics well in fact it was covered by philhealth .then my patient suffered a lot just to produce that medicine with our own money....the antibiotic is 3x a day imagine that after 4 days she will approved that it is included to philheath then she will say sorry ,,,,you know the person in charge she is the one who will reimbursed with the antibiotic bought outside....my patient was confined to charity ward isolation area .she was confined 2 x for blood transfusion then bone marrow aspiration....next time she must obey her task effeciently

Good day! I just want to ask if you have final list of accepted applicants for the Philhealth Cares program here in Region 6. How many nurses will be hired in the region? And what are the basis for ranking? Me and my friends haven't received any call or message if we qualified for the said program. But for sure, na merong makukuha sa amin, it we have to base it with the qualifications. thank you po.

mam, nagmember ko last 2007 d2 sa italy at nakapagremit na rin but the problem is kaya ko tinigil kay pinalitan at binigyan ako ng bagong POP number so naguguluhan ako kaya sa bagong number di pa ako nakapagremit kay gusto ko muna kuhanin or kaya iadd yong old remittance ko sa bago.....what do you think madam, i hope or kind considerations....thank you!!!!

my family and i were surprised the spa has no receptionist..we waited for 15 minutes and nobody showed up to attend to us..as we were leaving, there was also one customer who went in and before we lose sight of him while driving away, he was exiting the spa too..the set up was simple but the hallway plus stairs to the service area has no lights that it looked creepy..the price list was inviting as you can get 3 different services for less than 400 pesos but the place did not look relaxing and no one was attending so they just lost clients..

PS: their telephone is not in service..tsk!

hehe jan ako nag celebrate ng 18th bday ko...with my barkada! :) can't forget that place... and since elementary talaga....mga ilan beses kmi pumupunta jaan for the scallops and lengua..... missed ocean city...so much.... d ko palalagpasin ang pagkakataong papuntahin jaan ung boyfriend kong taga-manila na lumaki sa ibang bansa...want him to feel the piquancy of ilonggo cuisine with class...at affordable rates.....it's a must-dine-in resto... :)

Philhealth Iloilo... Sir/Madaam: Iwould like to inform you that one of your employee behavior,She assign on that day... March 14,2012 in the information of the Philhealth....she's not good to communicate to the people...She is ADORACION CELESTE.... I was very irritated when she intertain me in the information... maam/sir... u know hindi pa ako tapos for asking with him about my concern...but she entertain to another one...It happen March 14,2012 at 10am at Philhealth Iloilo.... Is this how employee of Philhealth Iloilo being train to attending thier clients...?she suplada... In this complaint is only to make you aware of the behavior of your particulars employee especially ADORACION CELESTE...I Hope this will not be repeated anymore...
